I really enjoyed to be here, everything was brand-new. Fashionable room, quiet, had a spacious bathroom. It faced the city. The location was marvellous, in the centre of the Melbourne, convenient to go everywhere.

The beds were very comfy, the room was well-maintained with good view. Good and convenient location, a tram stop was minutes away from the hotel.

Amazing, fairly clean place with great views. Excellent and best staff at reception desk, compact suite. Very pretty building, marvellous and lovely location near to public transport, eateries and QV markets, Bourke St Mall, a Woolies metro and an Aldi as well as the shop and dining. The hotel of choice in Melbourne;))

The room was beautifully maintained and beautifully designed, I enjoyed it. Everywhere there was clean, the staff were excellent and amazing friendly people at reception desk.

My well-maintained room included nice bed, a lounge and a safe box. The staff were competent and best and the location was LOVELY.

Greatly enjoyed Melbourne, the hotel was beautiful designed and pretty in the centre of the Melbourne. The workers were excellent. Stayed at a lovely modern room with a really big comfy bed, a laundry facilities and sofas. The venue had an incredible and stunning location easy walk to Wilson Parking. Had supper in an attached restaurant.

Its location was perfect, to the free tram stop, and in a very very nice area. Also, nice touristic places like Emporium Store were a walking distance from the hotel.

Booked new-fashioned & nicely furnished room with city views. The location of the hotel was central, not far from other main shops and eatery, many food places, transportation modes such as the tram and train and the park at the public carpark behind the building.

The staff are competent and active, managed the parking off site. The location is incredible, it is minutes away from a tram stop. There's Wonderbao offering takeout relatively close to the venue.

Brand-new hotel in a great area just off free tram zone stops, supermarkets and eateries. Approachable, kind people working here. A microwave, a fridge, and a dining area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Early check-in, parking on-site. Late check-out. A really great stay for a business trip.

Nicely designed hotel in every way with best staff at reception desk. Excellent marvellous location, in the center of the City. Also - next to so many attractions, shopping and restaurants, all the shops and trams near by and areas such as southbank, dinner, the aquarium.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
